From concept to grand opening, we were deeply involved in the pre-opening development and management of Summit Hotel and Apartments. Our responsibilities spanned across multiple core areas, beginning with providing strategic input on the hotel's design to ensure alignment with brand identity and guest experience goals. Brazengold contributed to the financial structuring of the business, developing cost-effective frameworks for operational sustainability and profitability.
We led the recruitment and remuneration planning, ensuring the selection of skilled professionals and the establishment of competitive, performance-driven compensation packages.
